The Aussie Millions trip is always a highlight for the bwin Team and 2010 at the Aussie Millions is shaping up to be even bigger and better. We're planning for a very big showing this year with Aussie Millions qualifiers now available in the tournament lobby.
The first Aussie Millions Big Bounty was held last week on October 11th, with three $13,500 trip packages up for grabs, as well as extra added cash for the top finishers. While former bwin Team vet fanslau made it to the final table, his run would end in 10th, so we'd have a fresh set of faces that'd be joining the bwin Team for the first time. The trip bubble is always tense in these live trip qualifiers, and SoniClay was destined to be the unlucky bubble boy, finishing in 4th place and just out of the trip packages (but he did collect $4,920 for his efforts, so not all gloom and doom for him).
The top three were at that point guaranteed trip packages, but there was still a lot of cash to battle it out for. When the smoke cleared below were the top three finishers who'll be joining the bwin Team for the 2010 Aussie Millions live event, along with the cash they took down:
