1,130 runners turned out for the August 22nd running of the ChampionChip, which meant that nearly $35,000 would be awarded to the winner. Fair warning, though, as the ultimate winner would have a tall task ahead of him or her in order to claim those riches, as they'd have to bob and weave their way through a large, tough field of poker players.
