He's been playing poker since 2005 and classifies himself as a "serious hobbyist", as he's a schoolteacher by day; other hobbies including playing the guitar, learning foreign languages (including Spanish during a stint in Spain), and listening to music such as contemporary country and metal such as Megadeth and Metallica.
When asked what he'd buy or do first if he wins a ton of money in Vegas, here's his list:
A car in the US and then a long road trip
Motorcycle driver's license
Fender Telecaster
Upon winning his Event #54 trip package he celebrated by "Called my poker friends and screamed: Yeeeeee-haaaaaaw!", so hopefully we'll be hearing more of his victory scream during the 2011 WSOP.
